Acme Made

This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Acme Made product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the Acme Made retailer nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. This warranty lasts as long as you, the original purchaser, own your Acme Made product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e., abrasion of components and fabrics). Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

You will be required to submit your product to an authorized Acme Made representative for inspection to confirm the defect. Acme Made will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you may either contact the dealer where you purchased your Acme Made product, email us atacmemadecs@daymen.us.com, or contact your local authorized distributor.

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Acme Made product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.

Depending on the nature of the defect, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the product with a comparable model without charge and will notify you of the steps you must take to have said repair or replacement take place. We support our Vacquetta Leather items with a guarantee that, for a period of one year, these bags will be free of defects in workmanship or materials. If you have a problem with your bag in that time period, simply phone us, and we'll provide instructions on where to send the bag for evaluation. We'll either repair or replace it at our discretion. While we wish all our customers would receive their bag in perfect condition, damage caused by common carrier does ocassionally happen. Damage caused by common carrier is, by law, the responsibility of the carrier, and should be reported immediately to the carrier for settlement of any damages. Likewise, damage caused by airlines should be reported to the offending airline immediately for settlement of any repair or replacement costs. At Hobo, quality is the hallmark of our business. We are recognized for offering merchandise that has been carefully designed and produced to meet our high standards. It is our intention that our guarantee be as highly regarded as our products. Guarantee: We are a concerned manufacturer who stands behind its products. We will repair, at our cost, any manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase. Examples of qualified manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching, hardware or lining. These claims should be directed to an authorized Hobo dealer or a Hobo customer service representative. Hobo will promptly repair the item. If repair is not possible, a replacement of equal value will be provided. Proper care of your Hobo piece will ensure lasting beauty, even after years of wear. Please be thoughtful with light colored clothing and upholstery to avoid color transfer. Should your bag become wet, wipe it with a clean cotton cloth and allow it to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. As with any leather accessory, wear and tear will occur with normal use. It should be expected that over time leather may fade or spot and that edges and corners may show signs of wear. This is a natural and normal process and is not covered by the Hobo guarantee. Regrettably, we also cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by abuse or mishandling; including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks or stains. We are happy to recommend solutions for improving your bag’s appearance should natural wear and tear diminish its condition. We also offer replacement straps for styles that are equipped with detachable straps.

International Traveler

The IT-0-1 through IT-0-4 collections carry a 10-year manutfacturer's limited warranty.

All warranty claims must be supported by the Warranty certificate or hang tag and accompanied by your proof of purchase such as a till receipt. All IT luggage is designed and manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of the international traveller.

Any warranty placed on our products is valid against defects in material and workmanship for the period of the warranty.
Allowing for reasonable wear and tear, should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period, IT Luggage will endeavour to repair or replace your luggage.

We are unable to take responsibility for damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling including handling by third parties

Jack Georges

We offer two different warranties, one year and lifetime. Both warranties are the same except for the time period: The warranty entitles the buyer to any repairs due to defective parts of workmanship. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the leather or any abnormal use of the product. Warranty claims will be processed directly by Jack Georges, Inc. Our main goal at Korchmar is to make you comfortable about your purchase, so relax … because for 5 years following the date of purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item without charge with a similar item (at our option) if it is factory defective in either material or workmanship. In the unlikely event that a defect occurs: Send the piece with a brief explanation, your sales slip, and $10.00 to cover postage and handling to: KORCHMAR, (a division of The Leather Specialty Company) 1088 Business Lane Naples, FL 34110 We will return it within four weeks. (All claims must be processed directly through Korchmar, rather than the store where your piece was purchased.) Here’s how the Korchmar guarantee works: Simply send or bring your bag to our Authorized Repair Center in Naples, Florida. No repair number is needed. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to or from our authorized repair center.

Our “No Nonsense” guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Korchmar kUSA bag for life.
  • Korchmar’s kUSA “no nonsense” guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or cleaning. We are also not able to cover the replacement of lost or stolen products and/or their contents. Pacsafe

Outpac Designs Inc (Outpac) warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects for two years from the date of purchase, except as qualified below. If Outpac determines that this product is defective, Outpac will, at its option, either repair or replace the products free of charge.

Outpac's warranty is not insurance. OUTPAC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY OR POSSESSIONS THAT ARE STOLEN, LOST, DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE WHILST USING ANY PACSAFE PRODUCT. Outpac shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use, or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, animal attack, alteration, or normal wear and tear. In no event will Outpac be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Burs and kinks in the wiring are not covered within this warranty. During the course of normal use some burring may occur. If a bur does appear, simply run the back edge of one of your keys rapidly back and forth across the bur at right angles to the length of the wire, the bur will disappear. Under some circumstances the wire may kink. If this occurs simply bend the wire in the opposite direction to the kink and it will straighten.

To obtain warranty service, return the product, with proof of purchase, freight prepaid to the store from which it was purchased.

Cosmetic wear including dirt, abrasions and scrapes, are an unavoidable circumstance of normal luggage use and as such are not covered under this warranty. However, since all of our items are handcrafted, human error may occur and as such, we stand behind our products with warranty coverage. Each of our products comes with a warranty. If your bag does need to be sent to our facility, we will repair it quickly and ship it back at no additional cost to you. We do have many customers with older, well-traveled bags that they would like to have refurbished or repaired.
