MONOGRAMMING, EMBOSSING AND PERSONALIZATION
How do we monogram?
We use a deboss process that stamps the shape of your chosen initials into the leather. This process involves pressing a heated die into the leather creating the monogram.
What options do we offer?
We use capital letters for the best effect. You can choose between 3 sizes.
Our large letters (36pt) are .39 inches high (1cm high) and we use these for briefcases & luggage.
Our medium size letters (24pt) are 1/4 inch high (.6 cm high) and these are used for portfolios and accessories.
Small letters (16pt), 3/8 inches high are usually used for wallets and personal leather goods.
We offer the understated and classy “Blind Stamp” debossing where our monogrammer debosses your leather with no added color. We also offer a foil stamp in a clear finish that gives your letters a shiny look. For a more noticeable, bolder effect we can foil stamp the letters in gold, silver, black, brown or red.
We have two fonts to choose from. Arial and Times New Roman.

Meet our monogrammer
We have our own in-store monogrammer who can discuss with you where to place your monogram on your leather item, as well as the size and color of your monogram. He can show you samples of the debossing styles and sizes so that you can choose the one you and he thinks will look best. Our monogrammer, Lewis, works Thursday through Monday.
what will it cost you?
There is no charge to personalize items bought at our Atlanta store that cost over $100. There is a nominal charge for items bought at our store that cost less than $100. We also monogram items that you already own. Prices for monogramming vary and start at $10 per monogram.
For leather items bought online at AtlantaLuggage.com, many offer free monogramming. However, this rule does not apply to all our leather products so you may see prices ranging from $10 - $15 depending on the brand and item cost.
How does Corporate Monogramming work?
We also offer corporate monogramming. Call 800-720-2928 and ask for Lewis or Stacy, or email Gill at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle the entire process from making and setting up the die to monogramming the items that you or we provide. Turnaround time for corporate logo monogramming is typically less than 10 business days. The turnaround time starts when we receive your EPS or PDF file containing your logo and payment of a $35 deposit.
You will need to provide us an image of your logo in a high quality PDF file, or an EPS vector file. The maximum size we can make your logo die is 1.25” high and 5” long. The cost of making your die will be somewhere between $60 - $85. The metal die will be yours to keep. The cost to stamp each piece is $6 - $12 per item depending on quantity and placement.
