Shipping Information
We will ship your order via UPS ground or via Priority Service of the US Postal Service within the continental USA free of charge for all orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100 will be charged a $8.00 shipping fee. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. UPS ground shipping can take an additional 5-7 business days or more to reach you. UPS does not deliver UPS ground shipments on the weekend. If you need your order sooner, we offer a variety of faster shipping methods at an additional charge. These choices are available when you check out. The rates quoted for quicker shipping methods are estimated. If the rate is higher we will contact you with the charge before we ship.
You will receive an email telling you when your order shipped which will give you your UPS or Priority Mail tracking number to track your order. You can also email us at orders@ATLANTALUGGAGE.COM or call us at 1-800-720-2928 to enquire about your order.
We may be able to ship your order internationally. When you place an order, we will contact you via email with a shipping charge. You can then decide whether you would like us to ship the order to you. You will be responsible for clearing your order through customs and all customs duties.

We work to make sure that our prices are the lowest that you will find. If you find an identical item advertised at a lower price, call us (1-800-720-2928) and provide us with the link with the lower price. We will gladly match that price and give you an extra 10% of the difference for your help.
If you have already purchased the item from us within the last 30 days, call us (1-800-720-2928) and provide us with the link with the lower price. We will then verify the price and process your adustment. The item must be the exact color, brand and style. Our price guarantee does not include auctions and the price difference will be calculated on the final price of your purchase including shipping charges.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee. The item must be unused and the original tags and accessories must not be removed. Please return it in its original carton. Email us at returns@ATLANTALUGGAGE.COM or call us at 1-800-720-2928 to notify us of the return. We cannot accept used items for return. Please include your name and order number with your return.
A credit will be passed on your credit card within 2 days of our receipt of the product. You will be credited for the cost of the items you purchased. Shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. We will mail you the return receipt for your records. Please be aware that credit card companies vary in the amount of time that it takes for a credit to appear on your statement. You may need to allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Passport Photographs
We offer passport photographs while you wait. We also take visa, international drivers license, and INS photographs as well. The cost for the two photographs is $7.90.
Monogramming and Debossing
Make your leather or luggage purchase uniquely your own or make a special gift even more personal with a monogram. We can deboss most leather and nonleather products that we sell. Debossing a monogram is done by heat-pressing into the surface of the item with a dye that creates depressions rather than raised impressions as it is done with embossing. Monogramming will add an additional delivery time to your order, usually an extra day.
If your monogramm is 5 letters or less, there is no charge to deboss an item that you buy from us. For each additional letter there is a $5.00 charge.
Repairs
We are an authorized luggage repair center for Samsonite, Briggs & Riley, Travelpro, Boyt, Delsey and others, and we are members of the International Luggage Repair Association.
