All Boyt Brands products are built to exacting specifications to assure the highest quality and durability. Boyt Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Boyt agrees to repair or replace your bag (at their option) if any such defects occur. If your bag is no longer available, a similar bag of equal value will be substituted.
The Boyt Brands warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, cleaning, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but it not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles and other moving parts.
