When you place your order, there is a comment box just before you submit your order. Enter the website where you found the lower price and the price of the item in this comment box. When we receive your order, we will check the price of the competing website and adjust your order to the lower price before we charge your credit card. You will only be charged once and for the lower amount.
Before we charge and ship your order, we will send you a confirmation to confirm that we have adjusted your order cost to the lowest price. If you find a lower price after you have purchased from us, we will gladly refund the difference up to 30 days after your purchase.
If, for some reason there is an issue with the lower price, we will contact you before we charge or ship your order. When we calculate the price match we will include the value of any free gifts and free services that are included, if any.
*Our price matching policy is not valid on items that are listed as out of stock or used on competing websites and items where the price match falls below our cost. Discontinued items and close-outs are also not included. Merchandise must be the same brand, series and color as that purchased at Leather & Luggage Depot.
We do not charge sales tax on orders that are shipped outside Georgia. Orders that ship to a Georgia address are charged 8% sales tax.
We will ship your order via UPS or the Priority Service of the US Postal Service within the continental USA free of charge for all orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100 will be charged an $8.00 shipping fee.
Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Business days include Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. UPS ground shipping can take an additional 5-7 business days or more to reach you. UPS does not deliver UPS ground shipments on the weekend.

Orders consisting of more than one item may ship separately and/or arrive at their destination over multiple days. Please note that larger orders take longer to prepare and ship. Orders for multiple copies of the same item may not be available, in which case we will contact you via email or phone to let you know what your options are.
We strive to provide accurate availability on products. However, if we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. The rates quoted for quicker shipping methods are automatically estimated. If the rate is higher than estimated, we will contact you with the charge before we ship. Please note that most expedited orders will ship out the next business day, which is a processing day and not considered a day in transit. Alaska/Hawaii & APO/FPO Orders: We're sorry, but orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO/FPO are ineligible for our free/reduced rate shipping offer. When you place an order, we will contact you via email with a shipping charge. You can then decide whether you would like us to ship the order to you.
International Orders: We may be able to ship your order internationally. When you place an order, our website will calculate the estimated shipping charge for you. If the shipping charge is higher than the amount quoted, we will contact you via email. You can then decide whether you would still like us to ship the order to you. You will be responsible for clearing your order through customs if necessary and for paying all customs duties.
Orders with Monogramming: For orders that include monogramming, there may be a 1 - 4 business day delay, even with expedited shipping. Please call us at 1-800-720-2928 if you are concerned with this delay and we will let you know what your best shipping options are. In some cases, depending on the product and current turn-around time, we may be able to monogram and ship in 1 business day.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee, However, items that have been monogrammed or personalized CANNOT be returned.. The item must be unused and the original tags and accessories must not be removed. Please return it in its original carton. A credit will be passed on your credit card within 2 days of our receipt of the product. You will be credited for the cost of the items you purchased. Shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. We will mail you the return receipt for your records. Please be aware that credit card companies vary in the amount of time that it takes for a credit to appear on your statement. You may need to allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you received a free-gift-with-purchase with your item and are returning your item, the free gift must accompany your return. If you choose to keep your gift-with-purchase, the advertised value of your gift-with-purchase will be withheld from your credited amount.
For the holiday season we extend the return period for purchases made between November 15 and December 25 to February 1 the following year.
