Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order via UPS ground or via Priority Service of the US Postal Service within the continental USA free of charge for all orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100 will be charged an $8.00 shipping fee. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. UPS ground shipping can take an additional 5-7 business days or more to reach you. UPS does not deliver UPS ground shipments on the weekend. If you need your order sooner, we offer a variety of faster shipping methods at an additional charge. These choices are available when you check out. The rates quoted for quicker shipping methods are estimated. If the rate is higher we will contact you with the charge before we ship.
You will receive an email telling you when your order shipped which will give you your UPS or Priority Mail tracking number to track your order. You can also email us at Orders@AtlantaLuggage.com or call us at 1-800-720-2928 to enquire about your order.
We may be able to ship your order internationally. When you place an order, our website will calculate the estimated shipping charge for you. If the shipping charge is higher than the amount quoted, we will contact you via email. You can then decide whether you would still like us to ship the order to you. You will be responsible for clearing your order through customs if necessary and for paying all customs duties.
I'm sorry, but orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/APE are ineligible for our free/reduced rate shipping offer. When you place an order, we will contact you via email with a shipping charge. You can then decide whether you would like us to ship the order to you.Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee- however items that have been monogrammed or personalized cannot be returned.. The item must be unused and the original tags and accessories must not be removed. Please return it in its original carton. Email us at Returns@AtlantaLuggage.com or call us at 1-800-720-2928 to notify us of the return. We cannot accept used items for return. Please include your name and order number with your return.

A credit will be passed on your credit card within 2 days of our receipt of the product. You will be credited for the cost of the items you purchased. Shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. We will mail you the return receipt for your records. Please be aware that credit card companies vary in the amount of time that it takes for a credit to appear on your statement. You may need to allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Orders placed from the website on November 22, 2012 to December 25, 2012 will have a return date extended to January 15th, 2013.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices at checkout reflect prices on a product's detail page as well as any coupon codes you have entered. However, it is possible that a price could change while you have an item in your shopping cart.
While we strive to provide accurate prices on all of our products, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a certain item. Customers who purchase an incorrectly-priced item will be contacted via email or phone.
We cannot take into account any third-party or affiliated websites' prices for our products and it is possible that they may be outdated.
